This is the work Sigma is known for: careful, considered fit out carried out by Bahamian tradesmen under direct site supervision. Every finish is set out on paper first, benchmarked on a sample area, then rolled out across the floor plate so the result is consistent from the first bay to the last. Original features worth keeping were protected and restored rather than stripped out and replaced.
