Community Hub Rising

Community buildings carry a different kind of pressure. They are used hard, funded tightly, and judged by everybody who walks past the hoarding. Sigma manages this class of project with fixed reporting, tight cost control and a programme that protects the opening date the community has already been promised. Public access, safety screening and phased handover were planned from the first week on site.
