What Is Included

Scope is written down before work starts. This is the typical package, adjusted to your project.

Concept and feasibility
Site assessment, planning constraints, an order of magnitude cost and a realistic programme before you commit money.
Architectural coordination
Working alongside your architect, or ours, so the design that gets drawn is the design that can actually be built.
Structural and services design
Structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical design coordinated together rather than handed over in isolation.
Permits and approvals
Preparation and submission of drawings, liaison with the authorities and management of the approvals process.
Buildability review
Every drawing checked against local material availability, site access and the realities of building on an island.
