Questions Before You Enquire
Send us your drawings or a description of what you need through the quote form, by phone or on WhatsApp. For anything beyond a small repair we visit the site before pricing, because an accurate price needs eyes on the actual conditions. You receive a written scope and price, not a verbal number.
Yes. Under design and planning we prepare and submit the required drawings, liaise with the relevant authorities and manage the approvals process on your behalf. On smaller works we will tell you clearly what approvals are needed and who needs to obtain them.
It means one accountable team holds your programme, your budget and every trade together, and reports to you weekly in plain language. You get independent oversight, variations approved before work proceeds, and payments tied to work that has been inspected and verified.
It depends entirely on scope. A renovation may run six to twelve weeks, a custom home nine to eighteen months, a commercial building anywhere from six months upward. What matters more than the number is that you receive a real programme with real dates and get told early if anything threatens them.
Changes are handled through a written variation. We price the change, you approve it, and only then does the work proceed. Nothing appears on your final account that you have not seen and agreed in advance.
Yes, subject to project size and logistics. Family Island work carries additional mobilisation, accommodation and material transport costs, and we set those out separately in the proposal so you can see exactly what island logistics are adding.
Yes. We hold current Bahamian business licensing, liability insurance and workers compensation coverage, and we are happy to provide documentation before any contract is signed.
New Providence and Paradise Island are our core service area, with Family Island projects considered case by case depending on scale and access.
Working to a deadline?
Say so in your message. If the programme is tight we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit.
