Detailed estimating and pricing are provided through a defined professional engagement, with the scope and terms agreed in advance.
Where design and planning form part of our engagement, we can coordinate the required drawings and submissions and liaise with the relevant authorities. We will confirm the approval responsibilities for each project at the outset.
Construction management brings planning, scheduling, trade coordination, budget oversight and quality review under one accountable team. We keep clients informed throughout the project and document changes before they proceed.
The timeline depends on the size, complexity and approvals required for each project. Once the scope is defined, we prepare a realistic programme and communicate promptly when a change may affect the schedule.
Changes are documented through a written variation that sets out their cost and schedule implications. Work proceeds once the change is reviewed and approved.
Yes. We consider Family Island projects based on their scope and logistics. Any additional requirements for mobilisation, accommodation or material transport are identified in the proposal.
Yes. We hold current Bahamian business licensing, liability insurance and workers compensation coverage, and we are happy to provide documentation before any contract is signed.
New Providence and Paradise Island are our core service area, with Family Island projects considered case by case depending on scale and access.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from mobilization through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project teams.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and work plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
