Working At Sigma
Construction can be a hard industry to build a life in. Work stops without warning, wages arrive late, equipment is worn out and safety is something people talk about only after an incident. We have all worked on sites like that. We decided not to run one.
Sigma runs a continuous project pipeline, pays on schedule, issues proper equipment and backs supervisors who enforce safety. In return we expect people who show up, take instruction, look out for the crew around them and care what the finished work looks like.
